Deadline to request an EGT for Spring 2026 for students not enrolled at Berkeley or for students who want to change an EGT from a future term to Spring 2026:
Friday, March 13, 2026*
*Requests submitted after this date until the last day of the desired EGT require documentation verifying that current enrollments will complete all degree requirements. The EGT change form (for currently enrolled students) and the non-registered EGT request form (for students who are not currently enrolled at UC Berkeley but who wish to be added to the degree list) contain prompts directing students to upload required information.
Deadline to submit L&S Minor Completion form to Minor Adviser:

This deadline pertains to filing paperwork to complete an L&S minor. The deadline to declare a minor is the day before the start of instruction for the EGT, Monday, January 19, 2026.
Deadline by which work to complete incomplete grade(s) needs to be submitted in order for the course to be counted toward a Spring 2026 degree. If the instructor assigned student submission deadline is before this date, students must meet the earlier date.

Deadline to complete transfer and/or UCEAP coursework for Spring 2026 graduation:
Both the published last day of the term of enrollment at the transfer institution AND the date of course completion must be on or before Sunday, May 31, 2026
Deadline to complete UC faculty administered language proficiency exam or UC Berkeley Math department's Quantitative Reasoning Exam:
